The Night’s Flow
Step 1 – Arrival & Welcome
Arrive dressed for the occasion, check in with our team and start the evening with your favorite cocktail.
Step 2 – Dinner & Live Music
Enjoy your New Year’s Eve set menu while the live music sets the tone. Take your time between courses, catch up with your group and soak in the atmosphere.
Step 3 – Build-Up to Midnight
As the evening builds, the room fills with energy. Order another round, move closer to the stage or the dance floor, and get ready for the countdown.
Step 4 – Midnight Countdown & Beyond
Toast the New Year with champagne as the clock strikes midnight, then stay for more music, dancing and late-night moments.

Can I have dinner at CAPS before a special event?
Yes - and we highly recommend it. Book a dinner reservation before your event time to enjoy the full CAPS experience.
What’s the dress code for special events?
We recommend smart casual or dressy attire, in line with the CAPS supper club atmosphere. Some events may have a theme or suggested dress code, which will be listed in the event details.
Can I book a private area or group package for a special event?
For larger groups, we may be able to arrange reserved areas, group packages or add-ons. Mention this when you enquire, or contact our events team directly.
Are special events 21+ only?
Some events are 21+ and others are more family-friendly. Age restrictions will always be listed on the event details. If you’re unsure, just ask our team before booking.
Do special events affect regular dining?
On busy event nights, we may have limited regular dining availability. If you’re planning a standard dinner on a special event date, we recommend booking early and checking the event listings.
